JAMAR Associates is a developer of web sites for individuals and small businesses which require eCommerce support using FormMail and PayPal.

JAMAR will charge the customer for:

Initial consultation fee (in person, phone or email)
Web page development (hourly rate)
Installation of site pages on ISP server

Customer is responsible for setting up accounts and all costs - including Internet Server Provider (ISP) costs, FormMail account and PayPay fees. JAMAR will assist where necessary.
